About This Role

A rapidly scaling Swiss fintech company is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead its institutional and B2B partnership strategy. Based in Zurich, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, family offices and other financial institutions who can distribute or integrate the company's technology platform. You will own the full sales cycle for high-value accounts — from initial outreach and qualification to commercial negotiation and contract execution — while also contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy and product roadmap through client feedback loops. The ideal candidate has a strong existing network within Swiss financial services and a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals. This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear path to Head of Business Development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience within financial services or fintech • Proven track record of closing high-value partnership or licensing agreements • Existing network across Swiss banks, asset managers or family offices strongly preferred • Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and multi-stakeholder sales processes • Fluency in German and English required; French or Italian an advantage • Strong commercial acumen with experience reviewing and negotiating term sheets • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
