A well-established Swiss insurance group is looking for a driven Mid-Level Sales Advisor to strengthen its life and pension sales team in Geneva. You will be responsible for acquiring new individual and corporate clients, presenting tailored life insurance and pension solutions that address their long-term financial security needs. Working within a structured sales framework, you will manage your own pipeline from prospecting through to contract signature, supported by a team of product specialists and underwriters. You will be expected to meet annual new-business targets while maintaining high service standards for your existing client base. This role is ideal for an advisor with a solid grounding in insurance or financial planning who is ready to take the next step in their career. The package includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission and full product training.

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial advisory or bancassurance • Solid understanding of Swiss life insurance products, 2nd and 3rd pillar solutions • Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills • Client-focused approach with ability to explain complex products clearly • Fluency in French and English required; German a strong advantage • Valid FINMA advisor registration or willingness to obtain • Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets
