We are seeking an accomplished Senior Relationship Manager to join a leading private bank in Zurich. In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering bespoke wealth planning solutions across a full suite of banking and investment products. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a selective client book, proactively identifying new revenue opportunities and deepening existing relationships through consistent, discretionary service. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with investment advisors, credit specialists and product teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned to each client's financial objectives. • Minimum 7 years of experience in private banking or wealth management with a proven client-facing track record • Existing client book of HNWI or UHNWI relationships preferred • Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and compliance standards • Proficiency in structured products, discretionary mandates, and lending solutions • Fluency in German and English required; French or Italian an advantage • Demonstrated ability to achieve AUM growth targets • CWMA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
